I have a friend who works 3 days a week . She is currently on sick leave for this job.
I understand its OK to have another job (and I suppose training) outside the hours of this job. Outside hours would be evenings and all the other days.
However, is it OK to do an unpaid training course such as learning a skill. This could range from learning to playing the piano to attending a full time MSc course on any day of the week? If there are limits what are these limits and why?
