Customer Question

I wonder if you could help me with an advice, please.
I am planning to apply for the British Citizenship.
I am from Latvia (EEA) and in an A8 nationals group.
I've been leaving and working in London since November 2004
A8 nationals required a Worker Registration Scheme (WRS), which i had done. however i cannot find any records of a certificate or a card.
In citizenship application i need to give a date of registration only, and unfortunately i cannot remember.
Is there a way for me to restore the certificate or found out a date or registration?
Or how important is it to give an exact date of the registration?
Many thanks in advance.
Kind regards
