I was involved in a road accident on January 13th I have been with lawyers in Glasgow
no win no fee they have been working on my case past year
I received a letter from them this morning and they say that the evidence against me is
to much to continue
briefly what happened on the day off the accident my car was hit from behind which caused it to tebone into a bollard on the side of the roundabout
I say the lorry driver was at fault I would like to know if I could take out insurance
and take the lorry driver to court this I just briefly what happened
yours sincerely
a mc clung
Thank you question.
You don't say why the lawyers have taken that view but generally where you are hit from behind by another vehicle, the driver of that vehicle is at fault.
You should perhaps consider a second opinion from another lawyer who shouod get the file from the no win no fee lawyer. You can get after the event insurance or, if you qualify financially, you can still get legal aid claims in Scotland.
Happy to discuss further.
Please leave a positive response so that I am credited time.

You can't normally organise it . The solicitor normally does it .
