how does the law stand about seat belts in a motorhome with side facing seats
Thank you for your question.
Side facing seats in a motorhome are not designated travel seats. Rear passengers in a motorhome can only use designated travel seats and must not use side facing seats while travelling as these are very dangerous in the event of a collision. In the event that you have a motorhome with seatbelts attached to side facing seats, they are no longer legal for travel.
