Customer Question

Hi there, I lived in the USA for 30 years and suffered a total nervous break down. I also suffer from chronic bi-polar disorder. When I first arrived, although I do not recall taking out a contract with THREE - they took me to Court for a broadband dongle service for about £350 which I do not remember having. I was so terribly ill at the time and having to move into sheltered accommodation that I could not handle the argument so just paid the money. This was two years ago and last week they have sent me another demand for payment for a phone contract, which I vaguely remember, I lost the phone and they talked me into taking another one rather than claiming the money for my lost one. Again it is about £350. I simply do not have the money. And I certainly did not have the service they are stating. Am I really responsible for these contracts that were very smoothly put on me (I don't recall signing anything) seeing as I was mentally incompetent at the time? Thank you.
