Hi Alex. I have another question about being pursued by CWD for a UAE credit card debt. I have tried replying to our previous conversation but it keeps changing the status to finished?
CWD have issued proceedings so I am planning to return the notice of acceptance stating that I am planning to contest jurisdiction based on the details you have provided to me.
Do I then have a further 14 days to provide details of the reasons why I am contesting jurisdiction?
