Customer: replied 2 years ago.

theft of employer. and is he also eligible for End of custody licence and release on temporary licence.

Does he have any relevant previous?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

yes. he has been in for fraud I think and for contempt of court for not appearing at a case for driving without insurance

Were those offences recent?
Or do you just not know?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

the fist one was in 2011 and the contempt of court was in may last year.

Sorry for the delay.
He would be eligible for a HDC. He is not a danger to the public. That is not to say that his offending is not serious but it is not violent or sexual.
Obviously nobody has the right to demand release on HDC. You apply and are considered and some people are accepted and some or not.
He should apply though. He is certainly eligible.
Can I clarify anything for you?
