A question for Clare:
Hi Clare: I have downloaded and completed N244 (thanks for your link), a Witness statement and Draft Order, together with a copy of my wife's surgeons letter. All are ready to go to court by hand on Monday morning.
Can you tell me how many copies of each the court requires? Also can you confirm the court cost of £155 for same? I am deaf and unable to phone the court.
