please can you explain a letter . NOTICE TO BANKRUPT

Customer Question

please can you explain a letter for me. NOTICE TO BANKRUPT OF INTENTION TO REVEST YOUR INTEREST IN PROPERTY. Letter is as follows. I refer to the notice sent on the 22/1/13 in which it was stated that your interest in a dwelling house cb23 7ab vested in me as trustee to the bankcruptcy estate. I am writing to you to give you notice that i do not consider that the continued vesting of your interest in the property is beneficial to the bankcruptcy estate and so re-vesting it back to you will facilitate a more efficient administration of the bankcruptcy estate. One month from the date of this notice your interest in the property will cease to be part of the bankcrupcy estate and will automatically re-vest in you. I will send further noticiation and, if applicable will apply to the land registry to have my interest in the property removed from the registrer. This was sent to my fiance who is joint on the morgage with me who went bankcrupt. i have been paying the mortgage every month but do not understand what the letter means. Can someone please help to explain it to me. Many many thanks. Bev XXXXXX
