Hello and thanks for using Just Answer.

My name is ***** ***** am happy to assist you with your enquiry.

Were all the beneficiary cousins who have died all alive when the cousin whose property it was died?

Are you inheriting under the deceased's Will or under the rules of intestacy?

I look forward to hearing from you.
