I asked a question about Dyserth falls Resort on 31st March, and was told I would receive an email. I have not done so, I queried this omission on 27th or 28th March. I paid £38. My question is "Why have I received no reply?" Anita Britten email *****@******.***.

Yes, please send your response via email. I did read your response thank you but my son inadvertantly switched off the computer before I had made a note. I just need to know what steps I can take against Dyserth Falls. Anita Britten
