Thank you for your question.
Was the previous drama group committee disbanded and a decision taken to transfer the monies to the new swim group?
-Could you explain your situation a little more?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The committee was not disbanded as the secretary has never arranged an AGM Four of funtastic futures committee had a meeting on 17 February to say they had no confidence in me but I was told this on 17 March. Although the person sent a text on 15 February to say she would not have any involvement with Funtastic flippers but she is/was a committee member of the former group funtastic futures. With the change of name the previous committee of which two were not involved in running swim school.I was in charged with all administration and arranging pupils, helpers etc.
Also she withdrawn funds from account knowingly that a cheque pending. I was treasurer so I had signed cheques so I wrote a cheque for £408 which was for equipment I had purchased to set up the swim group for children in the September 2014. Hope this is of use

I am having difficulty in understanding the full issues here.
There was funtastic futures followed by funtastic flippers. It was agreed that the funds from the first group would go to the second and you were placed in charge of that and ran that club on your own.
The bank authorisation was changed but someone from the previous group has taken money because of a resigned cheque. Am I right so far?
Could you explain the rest?
