I have had a court order and one paragraph reads as follows
the company, at risk as to the possibility that an order for costs against it may be made on the indemnity basis if any petition presented is hereafter dismissed, be authorised to present a petition on or after 16 april 2015
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
What it means is that a petition can be granted after 16th April 2015, but if it is and the petition is not granted, the Company presenting it will be required to pay costs.
Costs on the indemnity basis are all those claimed, whether or not they are reasonable.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
