I have 4 weeks with silverpoints in Tenerife and would like to give them up down to finances they have told me there is absolutely no way to exit the contract even with money I will always be responsible for the maintenance until I die is this true ? A company called sell my timeshare has said for a fee of 8000 they can get us out of contract using tess but as i fell that i can't trust any one can this be done ?
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
What is the Company in the UK called please?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I would not touch them. There are many bad reviews online:
I don't think you can trust them. However sadly the Timeshare company are correct, you are tied in for life i you check the contract.
The only way of getting out is by selling it to a third party. But sadly no one wants them. But don't touch the Company offering to buy, it is just not worth it.
I am sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Legal - its a scam.
I should also add you will have NO consumer protection.
The Timeshare Regulations will NOT apply.
The usual consumer protection will NOT apply.
Does that clarify?

I am just following up on this. Is there anything else I can help with? If so, please let me know.
