With regards ***** ***** to an exhibit I understand from Direction 32 that I should do it as follows and “give the reference to any document or documents mentioned either in the margin or in bold text in the body of the statement” … and so just to check do I in general format it as follows:

I refer to the ‘Defence and Counter Claim’ (06/03/14) marked Exhibit 1. The address ……

Also I note that “Court documents must not be exhibited … “ and so in the above example am I right in saying that I would just merely refer to the Defence and Counter Claim (06/03/14) ?
