can I force my Company to reveal information to me regarding how many times it had carried out a back to work procedure
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
The FOI is for government departments and public bodies only. Unless the company is ordered to disclose it by a court (and that is unusually unlikely) then you can't make them.
You have the ability to request information under the data protection act but that only applies to you as an indictable and records they hold on you.
I am sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
