My fiancee has been accused of academic misconduct

Customer Question

My fiancee has been accused of academic misconduct because of a headline he had in his online submission for his dissertation. The headline was "Anna`s added conclusion". I am Anna but I didnt write his conclusion, I just selected a few paragraphs from some notes he had for him to use as conclusion. Now the university is saying that he might not graduate in july which will make him lose his masters degree. What can we do to prove he is innocent?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you,
Have they made a formal finding yet?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

He has not been formally accused but he has been sent an email in which it said he was suspected of. The university said we will get an email today or on Tuesday the latest on whethe he is considered guilty or not. But we think he will probably be considered guilty. What could we do in that case to best defend him? I really didn`t write his dissertation but the fact that i put his paragraphs together may count as misconduct.
