My dad changed his will hrs before he died and his state of mind at the time is questionable if the will he did that day is invalid does it revert back to his previous will

Hello and thanks for using Just Answer.

My name is ***** ***** am happy to assist you with your enquiry.

You are indeed correct- if a party can prove in Court that your Dad did not have mental capacity at the time he signed his last Will, it will be deemed invalid, and the Will he made previously will remain valid.

I hope this confirms the position to you and sets out the legal position.

Kind Regards
