Customer Question

My child's school called me on Friday and told me that they think he is seriously sexual disturbed because he has written various pieces in his English class (4 different small pieces). He hates his English class and the school is heavily evangelical and we are not. He has had a nervous break down recently and will be leaving at the end of this term but he is obviously still very unhappy at the school. The things he wrote do not have sexual content unless you read them with an adult mind. I have sent them to his pyscologist who says she sees nothing wron with the writing, in fact it is profound in places and she has consulted her superiors who have confirmthe the same. He is 13 and he has used emotive words that often include Jesus. Can the school make statements like this? Is it legal?
