I have a neighbour who has developed a commercial enterprise

Customer Question

I have a neighbour who has developed a commercial enterprise at a domestic dwelling. I have witnessed the systematic development of this business dating from September 2011. I have now discovered many anomalies in the original planning application, I'm in the process of taking issue with my local authority. From this experience I have no trust in my neighbour as it appears they are prepared to manipulate planning law. How would you advise I should deal with this. Do I need legal representation and who would be liable for my costs.

Thank you for your update. I look forward to your eventual reply. Len. PS. I have just read your disclaimer and I am concerned my communications with you will end in the public domain. Rather having placed my question I was unaware of these terms. I want this to confine itself as private. If your unable to do this - do I get my money back.
