I have to attend magistrates court and am concerned that if my name and address are in the new paper my business. What can I do.

Hello, I am a solicitor with 20 years experience. I will try to help you with this.
If you are the Defendant you will not be able to stop your name being mentioned in court and therefore if a reporter is present then it could be reported.
If you are a witness the situation could be different, but probably not.
