I got wed 1/12/2012 I move in to my wife's house,
she had no money and said she wanted 50% of what I had,
so I said alright with one stipalation you put
my name on the house deeds she agreed, so I put
£44.000 into her bank account, then I ask her if she would
keep her end of the agreement, she said yes I'me
getting done, then every two months I would ask if
she was keeping to agreement each time her reply was more
nastier I,me do'ing it. now suddenly shes asked for
a divorce.
I've aggreed to this because I've always done what she wanted.
Could you please advise

How much is the house worth and how much is outstanding on the mortgage?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hello Clare, no mortgage, I guess the house is worth about £130.000

How far have the divorce proceedings reached?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

just started, took out a marital home order.

What has she done with the money - do you know?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

She said she put £10.000.00 in ISA's now she's change her mind and say's it was £5000.00

she say's she gave one of son Steve £5000.00 now suddenly it's £1.500.00

I think she gave her daughter the money for a new car.

That's all I know as she's always been secretive.I've always shown her my bank details, but she would never allow me to see hers, but to fair I've never asked to see them.

How old are her children?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

All adults and left home. oldest being 40 and the youngest 25.

Whilst yours has been a short relationship the fact that you gave your wife such a large lump sum means that you have a clear financial claim on the matrimonial home - indeed you could claim 50% of it within the divorce proceedings
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
