I i received a parking charge notice on the 18th march.

Customer Question

i i received a parking charge notice on the 18th march. apparently i stayed over a maximum permitted stay of 2hrs in a local car park. this a completely false allocation. i was photo graphed entering at 15.37 this correct but i left 20mins later. i then returned at 7.30pm and was photographed leaving at 19.52 this is correct too but i was not there between the other times. i am a childminder and i work from home.. and the children were picked up from my house at 6.15 that evening . I then went to visit my husband in hospital from 6.45- 7.30. i have no hospital car ticket as i through it away. the only evidence i have is from a parent who collected her children from me and my car was in my drive way at the time i am supposed to of been illegally parked. these cameras have clearly missed 2 very important entering and goings to this car park, there is a fault with the cameras and i feel why should i pay when they can not prove the cameras are correct yet. i am a good and honest person but feel why should i pay just because there cameras are faulty. hope this makes sense. look forward to hearing from you tracey XXXXXXX
