Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi Jo. does the terminology exist?

I am a leaseholder. Our block is managed by Knight Frank. I have been making inquiries and have asked them to comply with the Section 21 & 22 of the LTA 1985 in relation to the inspection of the accounts which, they have not. In return they responded by saying" they feel this may constitute criminal harassment which could give rise to criminal sanction and/ or civil claims for an injunction or damages against you.

No, it doesn't.
I wouldn't worry about what they feel.
Harassment is both a tort and a crime. The crime of harassment just involves pursuing a course of conduct that would be known to the reasonable person to be harassment.
Usually the police just tell people to stop contacting others anyway.
Can I clarify anything for you?
