One Sunday I parked minutes in an open, empty park

Customer Question

One Sunday I parked for 35 minutes in an open, empty park managed by UK Parking Control Ltd.
I received a ticket and now I have a "Notice of intended court action"
Is it likely they will proceed? Should I wait to see whether I get a court summons?
Thank you for any advice.
