A designated Loading Area. Park there to load and get a ticket

Customer Question

A designated Loading Area. Park there to load and get a ticket because I haven't been back to the vehicle within 10 minutes. Takes 15 minutes to go to the outlet and back and I am aware that time to the premises and back and time for paper work is allowed. The sign says loading 7am until 11pm but they have introduced the short term bit without changing the sign. Point out that neighbouring town has a 40 minutes max shown no return within an hour, and the town I am questioning say that they do not need such a restriction! This Contradicts the facts! I have been harassed ever since. They queried whether my vehicle was goods, it is, a small Transit Van registered as Private Light Goods and insured for business use. My argument is that the sign should have been amended if they have introduced a new time limit. Leaving it as it is, is misleading.
