A neighbour has written a letter accusing me of intimidated

Customer Question

A neighbour has written a letter accusing me of intimidated a previous owner with regards ***** ***** for a share of lopping tree which although the tree is not on our land there was an informal arrangement between the three residents before we moved to the property to each pay a third towards the tree lopping . The questions from the previous owner stated that this was the case so although the tree is not on our land as new neighbours we contributed toward the cost. She is now saying that the only reason the previous owner of her property payed was because I had intimidated them which is quite untrue do I have a case of libel against this person.
