Hi Ben, i have worked there 9 years
I have been warned about my time-keeping and internet usage previously but it didn't constitute a formal warning. There are no serious issues on my disciplinary record although i have made a formal complaint about my manager's lack of communication before.
Also, I was previously spoken to by my manager on another occasion and told someone had reported me bullying another employee. Again the alleged victim had not made a complaint and the manager said that he did not believe it to be the case either so nothing more was said on the matter. I believe that the person who made that allegation is also one of the people who has made these recent allegations.
