Claire, It is on the court order I attend the spip programme

This answer was rated:

Hi Claire,
It is on the court order I attend the spip programme ( separate parents) although I will be attending and booked myself in for next week out of curiosity I wanted to know what happens if I don't attend the course and what would the consequences be
Pls advise

Thank you for your question I will do my best to help you

If you do not attend the Course then at any further hearing this failure could make a Judge less likely to pay heed to your concerns about moving contact on - and technically it is actually contempt of court
