I think I may have been defrauded in a partnership 20 years

Customer Question

I think I may have been defrauded in a partnership 20 years ago. The evidence is stacking up and I'm still working on it. The amount involved is £250k. Is it too late to do anything.

Thank you for your question and welcome.
My name is ***** ***** I will assist you.
It is not too late to do something about it - under the Limitation Act 1980 a claim for fraud will be barred 6 year after the fraud was discovered or ought to have reasonably been discovered.
You could still sue your partners and report them to the police if they have been defrauding you.
Kind regards
