Alex Watts, Ya. With regards ***** ***** Defendants Solicitor

This answer was rated:

Alex Watts,
Hi Ya.
With regards ***** ***** Defendants Solicitor now not acting for them, does he have to inform the court, and should he also have informed me (the Claimant) before I got to hear about it through the grapevine.
It would appear he stopped working for them within the last 2 - 4 weeks
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Yes the Defendant Solicitor will apply to the Court to remove as acting and file a notice of change. However they are NOT obliged to tell you. Its to do with them and their client, not you.
Does that help?
