I just noticed that it is her husband's name printed on the defense form instead of her name. Does this change the situation at all?
Hello and thanks for requesting me.
Yes, it should be signed by the person who the claim is against.
Does that clarify?

Does it make her defense invalid then? HIS name is ***** ***** HER signature should be.

I wouldn't say invalid but she would need to sign it.
Does that help?
