Following on from my last question, how long will he remain

following on from my last question, how long will he remain on full salary until he is offered Statutory Sick Pay?
Hello again, this will depend entirely on the terms of his contract with the employer. There is no right to full pay and SSP normally starts within 3 days of the absence.
If the employer suspends him on medical grounds until he is recovered then he would be entitled to full pay.
It may be that this is the action they have taken.
