Boundary disputes I have asked the court to determine my boundary. Do I need to pay the other parties fee if it turns out that the boundary is where they claim it should be? I have had a survey to mark my boundary. neighbour says there boundary is 1metre on my land and has provided letter from his previous vendor who claims this is where is should be and not where the survey shows it to be
