What is the case that decrees PPI sold to the self employed

Customer Question

What is the case that decrees PPI sold to the self employed is null and void

Thank you for your question.
It is the terms of the PPI policy itself that can result in it being challenged. If the policy excludes cover for the self employed, the unemployed, the retired to give just 3 examples and the seller knew or ought to have enquires about the status of the person buying the policy then that would result in a challenge.
Happy to discuss.
I hope that helps.
