This answer was rated:

Hi, I am due to attend small claim court next week to defend a claim, i have received witness statements from the claimant and submitted my witness statements to them.
Because their statement contained information I was not aware of am I supposed to prepare arguments against their comments, and am i allowed to ask another witness to come along and give a statement?
Do I just wait until the court date? I am unsure of the process.
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Was any of this information contained within their main statement of case, on the claim form?
