This is on a land registry title, what does it mean?
(08.02.2001) The land has the benefit of the following rights granted
by a Conveyance of the land in this title dated 14 June 1927 made
between (1) ***** ***** (Purchaser) and (2) Morgan Jones
"together with the right of using for all ordinary purposes in common
with the Vendor and his successors in title and all other persons
having or by grant from the Vendor or his successors in title or
otherwise acquiring the like right the roads delineated on the said
plan and thereon coloured brown"

This means that the owner of the land formerly owned by Mr Williams and Mr Jones have a right of way along the roads coloured brown on the plan. The RoW is specified for normal purposes and will therefore on a road include ,passage by car, bike motorbike etc. as well as by foot.
It may include other means of transport/vehicles depending on the precise circumstances.
