Followup question. Having established UK law and within time

This answer was rated:

Followup question. Having established UK law and within time window, wish to complain to US bank and have leverage to get a result. The sums involved are substantial - losses of $80K. How do I go about communicating with bank to have max leverage - ie what order should I do things next. E.g. events might be a) contact UK regulator (who?) , b) UK lawyer letter to bank, c) personal followup with bank, asking for insurance or settlement offer. Thanks.
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
You can contact the Financial Ombudsman in the UK -
Then you can get a UK lawyer to send a letter and then chase it!
Does that help?
