On Tuesday I visited an apple store and they approved a hire

Customer Question

On Tuesday I visited an apple store and they approved a hire agreement for an iMac done through my business.
On Wednesday I received the contract by email from GE Capital to e-sign.
The same day I electronically signed the contract and 30 minutes later I received an email stating that the contract between GE and myself is signed and filed.
Today we were due to receive the iMac and after chasing up with Apple they then informed us that the agreement had been cancelled. Is this legal due to the fact that I never received a final countersigned copy from them?

Sorry it was not an answer but a request for more information.
Are you asking if it is legal that they terminate the contract for finance?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I signed the contract electronically and then they told me that they could not approve the finance! Can they do this?

Were the finance checks done before do you know?
