When a case is appealed against in court has that got to to heard first before any other application can be done,ie, do cases have to go in date order, an example beinga case is heard on 1-10-2015, an appeal is filed and acknowledge on the 27-10-2015, does the court have to hear the appeal next before anything else.
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
There is nothing stopping any applications can be made, but it may well be the Judge reviewing the application MAY (or may not) wait until the appeal.
But there is nothing stopping any applications being heard in the interim.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
