As a self employed trader working company that shares

Customer Question

As a self employed trader working for a company that shares a site with another company. The second company said your band from the site when you bring a health and safety issue to notice. This ban stops you from doing your contractual work for the company you are contracted to. You loose the contract and earnings through this ban. Can you claim compensation from the other company that has stopped you from going on a shared site
