I have court order with contact son. It was due on

Customer Question

I have court order with contact for my son. It was due on overnight and for a day this week. His mum sent a text saying he was sick in the night and couldn't come. I have picked him up from school sick on several occasions and cared for him so this wouldn't be an issue. She was insistent that I couldn't have him and would be wasting my time going to the house to collect him. He hadn't answered my text messages the days before either which I know she has told him not to speak to me. I went to the house to find they had gone on holiday the day before - the neighbour confirmed this. She has clearly lied about his reason for not having contact with me. Do I have a case to return to court to challenge her behaviour? In view of how she behaves (lots of past history of being very awkward over contact) and how she stops my son from having phone contact with me, I would like to request greater contact, as my fear is that she will continue to be detrimental to our relationship. This is not an unfounded fear but I don't want to go into massive detail. Advice would be appreciated
