This answer was rated:

Will these be disclosed under the new Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (SI 2013 1198) following a standard (not enhanced)check?

As far as I know there a 3 categories of check, basic, standard and enhanced I know they will show on an advanced and not on a basic, but I want to make sure about whether it will show on a standard check. Can you please let me know if I'm correct in thinking there are now 3 levels and let me know if it will be shown on a standard?
Standard checks wI'll not show it. The other types are enchanted and enchanted with barred lists.
Can I clarify anything else for you?

Hello the above answer is incorrect. A standard check will show both spent and unspent convictions. A new filtering system was introduced recently and that removes convictions after a certain time has passed but there are rules to this too and if you have more than one conviction it will never be filtered out. So I am afraid a standard check can show these convictions for life.
