My husband and I went to Tenerife at the beginning of this

My husband and I went to Tenerife at the beginning of this year and we were talked into a holiday club. We were met at our hotel in the morning and taken to their holiday shop where they told us all about their organisation showing us all the wonderful holidays, ticket deals and other things they could arrange we were very impressed. They stated that as Tenerife was a tax free island they could offer all these deals very cheaply and showed us on their web site what they could offer us. We were there for a full day and it was getting dragging on they talked about putting £5.000 into our a/c for it to be transferred back to them showing the Tenerife government that money was coming into the island we said that this would not be a problem as we did not want money in our a/c which was not ours then they asked us if we could give them £2.500 to start the ball rolling again we told them no we did not have that kind of money they explained that if someone could help us they would receive this money back straight away I contacted my daughter in Scotland she spoke to them as was assured this money would be given back to her right away. We were totally exhausted by now and just wanted to get away and it must have shown as we were presented with some papers to sign which we did and they we were driven back to our hotel.
When we got home our daughter did not have the money she was promised and they had approached M & S on our behalf for £5.000 loan for home improvements which they denied but M & S said that it was them who did this we repeatedly asked them for our money back ans was told no we signed for their holiday club which we decided we must take and so we have approached them for a holiday and now they are quoting silly money for a weeks holiday.
Can any one help us please
