Whitley Brook pet crematorium in runcorn cheshire were supposed to
cremate our pet and return his ashes to us as we payed for
this service 200 pounds.They scattered our beloved pets ashes
and returned nothing.
How can i affect thi company.

I'm not sure what you were hoping to achieve? Obviously animals have a value to us that exceeds their monetary worth.
You have a claim for the money you paid if there is a difference in price. Obviously they did perform the cremation and they are entitled to be paid for that. The cost of scattering is likely to be different to the cost of returning him to you and you are entitled to that difference. They would probably refund in full though.
You may be able to claim a small amount for pain and suffering but that is not a great deal in the UK. Usually about £100 I'm afraid.
