Customer Question

I have to write a position statement for the court of protection in support of a Section21 (?21a?) challenge of Deprivation of Liberties order, relating to my aunty who was sent into a nursing home 2 years ago by her son (my cousin). I have been supporting her throughout that time in seeking help from the authorities, with much rebuke from my cousin, and during which so much emotional stuff has been happening. There's so much I could say but don't know how best to brief it down to the position statement. I'm feeling overwhelmed by it, but must see it through for my aunty's sake. Please could you give me any advice?
