FAO Alex Watts Court Bailiff has served a notice on the Defendant

This answer was rated:

FAO Alex Watts
Court Bailiff has served a notice on the Defendant to attend court for financial questioning. Can you confirm... Will this mean that a copy of the Questionnaire EX141 and the attached supplementary financial questions that I submitted to the Court will have been served to the Defendant?
Is it normal / an expectation that the Defendant completes this prior to the hearing?
Hello and thanks for asking for me.
No, the Defendant does NOT complete it before the hearing. The court officer/Judge asks him it at the hearing, but D will be aware of the additional questions.
Does that help?
