Alex watts - Is there a term used where defendants turn on each other. Basically two of the four defendants in the case have made a paltry offer and said I could always pursue the other defendants for the remainder of the claim!
Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
No there is no term, but depending on what your claim is each party could be joint and severally liable for the whole sum.
