I am wording a contract storage. I need the owners

This answer was rated:

I am wording a contract for caravan storage. I need the owners to insure their own caravan. If their van caught fire and burnt others I dont want to be liable. How do I word that correctly?
You may state as follows
As a condition of storage of the caravan, the owners must ensure that the caravan is insured at all times against loss or damage from fire or theft and the owners indemnify and keep the storer indemnified at all times against any damage caused by the caravan catching fire.
All the best
