Hi there and thanks for your reply.

The attached document shows details of the claim entered by my cousin Mr Murtuza Mirza. I am mentioned in the document under the following headings:

14. as having entered into negotiations with the seller

16.1 as having secured funding in principle from Bank of Scotland

16.4 as being the directors and promoters of Granville Court Limited

20 "the contractual and tortious duties were owed to both the promoters of GCL and GCL itself"

28 I was also present at the mentioned site meeting

I have managed to obtain this document from sources other than the claimant who is a distant cousin namely, Mr Murtuza Mirza.

The actual out of court settlement has been kept secret from me. In the meantime I went into bankruptcy in 2012 and am still facing financial difficulties and am therefore unable to obtain legal assistance.

Any guidance from you would be appreciated.
